You can watch the last two feature films of our Feature Films Competition this Saturday, March 25, dedicated to our younger audience. Directed by Ted Sieger, “Molly Monster” tells the story of Molly who is no longer her family’s centre of attention which has now become the egg, who Mama has laid and Papa is hatching. In Monsterland parents bring the eggs to the island to hatch them. Molly sets out on the long and difficult journey to Egg Island, to deliver the hat she knitted for the new Monster baby, who was forgotten at home by her parents.
“Louis & Luca – The Big Cheese Race” is today’s second feature film, directed by Rasmus A. Sivertsen. It tells the story of Reodor Felgen, whose home and workshop are in peril. A nerve-wrecking race with various vessels across Flaaklypa’s highest peak will decide if Luca, Louis and Reodor still retain their home at the end of the story.
You can watch these two films today, March 25, in the Manoel de Oliveira screening room at Cinema São Jorge. “Molly Monster” will be screening at 11 am and “Louis & Luca – The Big Cheese Race” will be exhibited at 2.30pm.
