To earn the respect of the “big guys” in the neighborhood, he falls under the influence of two older men, members of a ruthless gang known for its violence. Their challenge? Robbing a convenience store. At first, it was supposed to be quick, simple, almost “risk-free” since the shopkeeper naps from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. But nothing goes as planned. The plan goes wrong, chaos sets in, and Jairo, trapped, is pushed to do the unthinkable. This fateful moment shatters his innocence forever, leaving an indelible mark on his soul (but not too much, it’s still kind of funny).
